- De usar sólo aquellos productos que son seguros y que proporcione un servicio igual a o exceda aquellos recomendados por los fabricantes del vehóculo.
- De darle servicio de reparación a los vehóculos en una manera pronta y de mantener al cliente informado de cualquier y todos los cambios incluyendo hora de entrega.
- De dar el mejor servicio al cliente que sea posible y en el caso de cualquier disputa de proveer una resolución pronta y amigable.
- De asegurar que mi personal entero se comporte en una manera profesional y de acuerdo con las normas altas de la industria automotriz.
- De notificar al consumidor si las citas o fechas de entrega no se pueden cumplir.
